"Detailed race report to follow on Monday" I could almost hear you scoff in the background as I typed that, but it is on the way honest. I am now pretty much feeling back to normal and have spent the recovery time planning out my new training plan. Its back to the trails again on Monday, with the London Marathon being the target. 480 miles have been penciled in for the days up to Christmas, at which point the snow should be arriving and the training will switch to the variety which requires a pair of oversized chop sticks to be tied to my feet.

Anyway remember to stay tuned, after all there is a detailed race report to follow...
